Feldenkrais Program

TIC Wellness Center in partnership with The New York City Parks and Recreation Department is offering a free Feldenkrais Method exercise class (also known as Awareness Through Movement) every Friday, in Cafe # 3 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM. No sign-up is required for the Feldenkrais.
