COVID-19 Visitor Management Protocol – CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN

As some agencies are preparing for returning to work, this announcement is a REMINDER regarding visitor registration.

To All Tenants:

In addition to last week’s announcement on all visitor’s requiring to be registered by tenant, The Interchurch Center have implemented new Contactless Check-In procedure for the visitors.

When registering visitor’s information, please include their e-mail address. Visitor will receive an e-mail with COVID-19 declaration statement and visitor pass bar code. Please see attached for description on how new Contactless Check-IN process works.

We hope these new procedure will help ensure safety of everyone who enters our building.

As stated on last week’s announcement, building security staff will not be registering visitors in the system to issue a pass. All visitors must be entered in the system by tenant representative.

If you are expecting maintenance service technician and not sure of their name, you can use vendor’s name as first and last name of individual.

Please keep in mind everyone who is entering the building MUST WEAR FACE COVERING.
